Sing With Us !

We welcome people at any time. No matter whether you are a regular singer, used to sing in the past, just sing along to yourself or are really not sure whether you can sing, come along and give it a try.

Our Chorus Director will advise which voice part is best suited to your voice – Tenor, Lead, Baritone or Bass. There’s no need to worry about reading music - many of our members learn the songs by listening to ‘teach tracks’.

Contact us to let us know you're coming one Tuesday. You will learn within a group, which makes it easier and less daunting.

If you enjoy the first few sessions, then you can decide whether you want to join. Joining is free and uniform is provided after a successful trial. There is a modest monthly contribution towards the club and membership of the British Association of Barbershop Singers.

Some people join us after our ‘Come n’ Sing' courses. These run every year and develop an understanding of singing through learning to sing several songs in harmony. On the last evening there is usually a concert for family and friends. There's no further obligation, but many people stay and sing with us to entertain audiences at a wide variety of events.
